Villas in Schio

Schio (VI)

Villas in Schio, Schio (VI): the villas from the street

Contemporary villas in Schio, at the foot of the Vicenza Pre-Alps: clean white volumes, vertical timber brise-soleils and planted terraces overlooking private gardens.

For this residential scheme we produced the exterior renders, the interior renders and CGI photomontages: the villas were inserted into real photographs of the neighbourhood, to show how the new volumes relate to the neighbouring houses and the avenue.

The exterior views show the villas in soft afternoon light, framed by bronzed metal fencing, hedges and furnished gardens. Inside, warm tones and natural materials: herringbone parquet, a bright living area with a curved sofa and a marble island kitchen, a study with a bookcase, intimate bedrooms and stone and marble bathrooms with brass finishes.
