A new way of living in Brindisi: an A4 energy-class residential complex on Viale Commenda, with panoramic terraces, a communal garden and five apartment types.
For Le Terrazze di Viale Commenda we handled all of the project’s communication: logo and visual identity, exterior renders, interior renders and a 3D virtual tour for each of the five apartment types, through to the website that brings all the sales material together.
Outside, the white façade is punctuated by terraces with timber slats and planters, shown by day and by night together with the communal garden and its play area. Inside, five apartments, from one to two bedrooms, each with its own character: wood panelling, light or dark kitchens, bright bedrooms and stone bathrooms. Each chapter has its own 3D virtual tour; all the details are on leterrazzedivialecommenda.it.
